Everything was really simple from ordering tracking and installing. Please save your money and do it yourself. I love my new radio/CarPlay. I basically have two navigations which is really neat and now I can charge my phone and no longer have to choose between aux or charging my phone. I love itt!!

Got the replacement sub for my Wife's 2016 Civic Coupe, and the bracket they provided was a perfect fit. And the Kicker sub sounds much better than the small factory sub that had blown.

This is a great company! They are the only ones who make speaker adapter brackets for my car. The adapters are extremely well made. I had a problem ordering from the website, but I called and they fixed it immediately. Once the adapters arrived, I had a question. It was on the weekend, but I called anyway. They didn't answer but they texted back a short time later and answered my question for me. That is amazing service!

I used the dial in to get assistance. The technicians knew the product and were very helpful. On a follow up call the technicians walked me through the installation to confirm I did everything accurately. Very knowledgeable and responsive.

Incredible service by Orlando for all aspects of finding, buying, and installing a new radio/camera. He was especially helpful after the purchase with the installation process. I can’t recommend the company highly enough.
