The "out of box" videos and "what to expect" videos were so helpful. The after the sale follow-up was second to none. They truly want you to be happy with your purchase.

We started watching YouTube on the different types of electric wheelchairs when my mom needed one to get around in. Mobility Direct had some of the better videos when it came to comparing brands so we gave them a call a couple of months before actually purchasing one. We talked to Annie and she kept in touch the whole time, even telling us she'd put a note in the computer to "stop bothering us" (her words not mine 😊) when I told her we were just waiting for some insurance information before buying. I mean, who does that? Usually you have beat sales people off with a stick. Because of where we live they were concerned about not having a technician for the extended warranty service. They did some research and even called the manufacturer and then told us NOT to buy the extended warranty because it would be useless for us but did offer an alternative in case we needed it. They called to make sure the chair arrived in good shape and again about a week later to make sure it was operating correctly. They even asked if they could call again in 6 months to make sure everything was okay. I would definitely recommend Mobility Direct to anyone looking for an electric wheelchair.

I stumbled upon this company by chance on YouTube. I began watching their videos and was impressed by the information they were providing on so many different mobility scooters. I really liked that they actually were using the scooters in different scenarios in real-life. I called and talked with a customer service representative to get more information. I liked everything about this company. I ordered my husband's new scooter online no problem. It was delivered maybe a week later and everything was great. We have been so happy with the golden buzz around 120. It's light for me to tilt and slide into our suv. The batteries are light easy to carry and charge. We just took it for a week to the beach and my husband was getting around easily and comfortably. I even gave the company information to a couple of elderly sisters who liked his scooter. The information that I got from Sergio on the videos was spot on. This has been a great help to me as the care giver because I am happy to get the scooter out of the car now.no more dead lifting like our old go go scooter.
