The research and education are useful but executing the recommendations in a timely fashion can be challenging and result in different returns. I wasn't able to use the app much and the cancellation process is very challenging by design. I attempted to cancel my subscription on the annual anniversary date when I noticed the pending charge to my credit card. I was told I needed to submit my cancellation request prior to the anniversary date and therefore declined to refund the fee. While I cannot find the renewal policy in the Terms and Conditions, I'll take the blame for not knowing that detail. They offered to give me a 40% refund and cancel my subscription which I declined because I'd rather help someone else avoid this renewal frustration.

I have constant problems with the app. Login problems... crashing... when you login via chrome... it forces you to download the app, even though the app is already downloaded... it does detect it etc.. I have requested assistance and I do not receive a response. This has been going on for months.

I subscribed to the Moby service for a year but rarely used it. Unfortunately, I forgot to disable the auto-renewal feature on my PayPal account, and my subscription was automatically renewed on November 29. On that same day, I received an email confirming the renewal. I logged into my account to try to cancel it, but I was unsuccessful both through the website and the Moby App. I have sent three emails to their support team requesting that they cancel my subscription and refund the $199 USD charged to my credit card via PayPal. My first email was sent on December 2, followed by subsequent emails on December 16 and January 5. Despite their website's message stating, "Have a question or need assistance? Reach out by email or start a chat using the messenger in the bottom right corner. We'll get back to you as soon as possible!" I have yet to receive a response to any of my emails. Additionally, I couldn't find the chat messenger in the bottom right corner as mentioned. This lack of response is unprecedented in my experience, and I am struggling to understand why they have not contacted me despite their promise of prompt assistance and my multiple attempts to reach out. Consequently, I cannot recommend the Moby service to anyone based on this disappointing experience.

Signed up. Info in my opinion is not great. Better info available free online. It is a nice newsfeed service I guess, but the advertisements made it sound like an AI driven stock picking service, not a newsfeed. Their model portfolios haven't been updated in more than 6 months as well. I have emailed customer service to cancel my subscription which I just paid $99 for. I'm not asking for a refund, just to cancel any auto renewal. I will update review once they respond. If they cancel, I'll update to a 4 star, if they give me the trouble seen over and over on this review site, I'll give them one star and have my bank process a charge back.

Signed up for a year, used it periodically. Nothing special. Tried to turn off auto renew in the app and you have to do it on a web browser. I forgot to login and change it to not renew. I saw the renewal hit my card and the same day I contacted support requesting to cancel and refund the new charge. I got the "terms and conditions" line that the onus is on me to change it, but I was offered a partial refund, I guess they were thinking it would make me feel better. Anytime that has happened in the past with other companies they have refunded the full amount, especially when you literally did not use any of the new subscription. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Log in does not work it too over 200 dollars from me and keeps telling me to check my credentials when trying to log in. Can someone help since there is no one to call?

Just a simple newsfeed with profit targets. The cancellation button on the webpage is not existing where it should be according to their terms and the button in the App says: "For more information about your subscription please contact the app developer". So in short cancellation is not possible. @Moby: If you are a serious company please provide the direct link to the cancellation page or answer to my mail. Update after Moby reply: Sorry I subscribed via your webpage and the mentioned cancel button does not exist as mentioned by nearly 30 other reviewers here on Trustpilot. I have also send an e-mail on the 5th to make use of the refund. Here once more: I hereby formally notify you that I am exercising my right to cancel my subscription for my account within the applicable 30-day cancellation period. In accordance with your Terms of Use, I request a full refund of all fees paid for the current subscription term. Please confirm the cancellation of my membership and the processing of my refund in writing. If I don’t get a response in the next 7 days I will ask my credit card company to refund.
