I loved the color I would order it again

I asked two questions before buying the contacts and one was answered before I ordered I had to slightly lessen the power for one of my contacts as they were prescription.

When I first got my contacts one was super great to wear. Felt like nothing, meanwhile the other contact had a defect. I reached out and they helped me out!! Glad I chose this place for Contacts. (UPDATE)) they gave me a new pair for free, unfortunately it had the same problem as the last. One contact was good, one bad. honestly I feel like it's a 50 50 to get a perfect pair. On the bright side, I'll take the good lenses from each batch and use them. They have great service but.. I don't think it's great that you have a pretty good chance of getting a defected batch. Other than that, they will not stop until your satisfied and I'm glad they are that kind of company to keep trying to resolve the issue.

There was an issue with the shipping company timing, and customer service for MocoQueen (Wendy) was very prompt, kind, and considerate about the problem!

I wore them for the first time a whole day for the Melanie Martinez trilogy tour and it fit perfectly with my look but by the end of the day when I took them off my eyes were so sensitive to light it hurt. After a good nights rest my vision was normal again. Honestly worth it they’re so cute.

Prior to May I had never ordered contacts from MocoQueen before but was in a bind because a different contact seller canceled my order and I needed some last minute contacts with fast shipping. I have to say out of all my experiences with ordering color contacts MocoQueen has by far been the best! Shipping only took a day or two and every single pair I ordered not only arrived in perfect condition but were so comfortable I forgot I was wearing contacts! Usually it feels like there’s at least something in my eye but these contacts were great and felt like nothing. Will definitely be ordering for future cons and cosplays!
