4 stars but only because my order got lost in the system. HOWEVER, they helped me almost immediately when I emailed about it and have been nothing but kind and helpful, they sent out another one asap and it reached me in a couple days. The packaging is also lovely 🤍

The quality of there contacts is truly outstanding, the prices are as well but I was really impressed with the customer service. They sent the wrong color of contacts on accident and when I wrote to them about it and sent pictures they let me keep the wrong ones and resent the contacts that I had originally ordered for free! There response was very quick and polite as well. I’m definitely going to keep ordering from this site for sure, great company!

The packaging was phenomenal, it arrived very quickly and it had good instructions on how to prepare the contacts for wearing them.

I made a purchase for the first time and even though the delivery did not go as planned, I still ended up with a happy purchase because they work with me and they help me through it. I gave MocoQueen a five star because they are trustworthy and they standby to make sure you’re happy with your purchase I plan on continuing with their products just for the fact they standby what they do. So thank you for making a good experience
