Update: I have been contacted and the issue was made right. They have reached out and are in the process of correcting the issue. They look great. Unfortunately they aren't prescription like I thought they would be, and I still haven't received a response to my email about the subject. So now I wasted time trying to get my prescription information and have to figure out how I am gonna be able to see and my costume look the way I want it.
