DO NOT get anywhere near this company. I should of listened to the reviews, these guys are the biggest jokes. I paid $3,500.00 for the Bloom sectional and feathers were coming out and pricking me while I was sitting. I called them and ask if there was anything they could do and their response was if you didn't pay the BS insurance then after 7 days of delivery you are on your own. I have never had such horrendous customer service in my life. I am warning anyone out there, DO NOT buy a single thing from this company.

I’ve tried to reach out to them several times and they have been absolutely no help whatsoever. We purchased a bloom sectional and had an issue with feathers coming out of the cushions and pillows and even the base of the sectional. They sent us a replacement and a couple months later we were having the same issue so they gave us a small refund, but now we are having an extreme issue with the feathers coming out like crazy as one scraped my leg up pretty bad and they refused to do anything about it and we had even purchased the uniters warranty plan. Sadly we paid a lot of money for what appeared to be a nice looking and comfortable sectional, but after only a few months it’s turned out to be a complete waste of junk. I would highly not recommend this company as I’m not sure what’s worse their products or their customer service.

DON’T go there! When trying to sell, they’ll say they’ll do everything you ask. The moment you pay, they won’t even answer your messages. You’ll hear from them again when they try to leave the item at your door at a random day and time, then blame you for not being there and ask for more money to deliver again. I disputed the charge on my credit and bought at another store.

Purchased a Bloom sectional in August 2020, delivery was supposedly confirmed about 3 weeks later. We got a notification that it had been delivered but stayed home all day waiting and never received anything only to find out they delivered to the showroom instead of our address. So it took them a couple weeks later and then when we finally got it, we started having issues with the feathers poking out of all the cushions, pillows and even the base. A couple weeks later they brought a new sectional and took the old one away as we did sign up for the uniters plan when we originally purchased. Sure enough after about a month later we started having the exact same issue with sharp feathers poking out everywhere making a huge mess like it was a chicken coop and very uncomfortable to sit on. They did give me a small refund but when we continue to have more and more problems with this they are being very difficult and providing extremely poor customer service and not willing to do the right thing by making matters any better. I would definitely not recommend Modani to anyone after the very poor experience we have had with them. They easily could’ve fixed the situation and done what was right and all would’ve been fine, but instead they are trying to play hardball.

As we do like the furniture we made the mistake of ordering a new living room set from the Fort Lauderdale location. All I can say is that the sales staff is horrific. All they want to do is sell you the furniture. There is no follow up. They NEVER NEVER return phone calls. Ask for a manager. I'm not sure if there really is a manager in South Florida. Despite more than ten phone calls we never got a call back from the S. Florida manager. The furniture arrived damaged, and it took weeks to have this replaced. The delivery was fictitious. They never showed up. We had to ask the NY regional manager to step in, and of course, the job way completed correctly. If I ever order from Modani again, we will use the NY store and have them send the furniture to Florida. The Fort Lauderdale store is an embarrassment to your company

My husband and I purchased a bed. dresser and night tables from Modani several months ago. We had continuous problems with the headboard as it did not come with the proper tools for the delivery person to assemble. Our sales associate in the Boca Raton location, Marc Endelson, personally took care of the problem and resolved it to our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend Marc when shopping in this store.

I purchased bed online since there is no store located near me. I waited for 3 months since the bed was out of stock. Finally received the delivery after waiting for the item to be available and went to assemble the bed and there was no hardware! No screws, nuts, bolts....nothing!!! I've tried numerous emails, texts and phone calls with no resolution! They don't return calls or return emails. I have a bed that is useless because we can't assemble. BE WARNED, THEY DON'T STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS......NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

The Delivery people handled my glass table horribly; the person threw tools on the table, and they damaged my wall. The Milk White Verrier Chair was soiled and damaged: I declined delivery of chairs, and I wish I returned the table as well because I don't believe it's was put together properly. I called the store, and they kept me on hold for an hour, when I finally got through they acted like the store was a separate entity from Customer Service (CS). They feel like they have no responsibility at all except for taking your money, and the Salesperson would not give me the CS phone number. I had to google it. Walmart would have done better.
