Great customer support. Very understanding to the customer when there’s confusion about your order and they need to modify orders.

Contacted me right away before building my cable to ensure it will be built to my liking. Awesome fast service. I couldn't have picked a better team to help me with my project.

I ordered custom cables and choose shipping method that should arrive between 6-12 days. Today is the 14th day and I have yet not received my order. They can not keep up with their promise and blames it on Chinese new year. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE buying from MODDIY.

Dear by JiJi__GHoST, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We truly value the opportunity to clarify. Your order was placed on February 25th, and it was for premium tailor‑made custom cables. These cables are individually crafted to your exact specifications, including length, color, style, and PSU model, which naturally requires more preparation time than standard stock items. As noted on our homepage (https://www.moddiy.com/images/notice/cny-notice-2026.png), all custom orders placed around the Chinese New Year holiday (Feb 6th to 26th) are affected by the seasonal closure. We understand how important this cable was for you and regret that the overlap with the holiday caused delays despite your request for the earliest possible shipment. We sincerely apologize for the frustration this caused. Your feedback helps us improve communication and transparency, and we will continue working to make our timelines clearer for future customers. Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to explain, and we hope you will consider us again should you need another custom solution. Warm regards, The MODDIY Team

Great conversation with them. I sent them photos of my setup and were able to identify exactly what I needed. Removed a lot of stress I had about getting the wiring wrong on my new GPU

Can't believe someone said "FAST"... I ordered a GPU power cable from MODDIY on Feb. 5th. Their website did inform that any custom item would not ship until after the Chinese New Year--but the item I ordered did say IN STOCK. On Feb. 25th I emailed them, where is my order? and they replied about it saying any orders not in stock during the CNY would not be actioned until after CNY --Feb 6th to 26th!! yet later that day I got an email telling me my item had SHIPPED. Okay--now today--March 7th!! I checked their website and it says my order is being PREPARED!! The real kicker is that when I ordered the item I include a note telling them I need this item and asking politely that they send it at the earliest... NEVER AGAIN!

Dear L Dowser, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We truly value the opportunity to clarify. These guys rock! Forgot to add a few things to my order. I reached out to them and they added it on no problem. And for once it wasn’t a bot I was talking to. But a real person who could help.
