Dear Ivan,
Thank you for your message, and we're genuinely sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with your experience. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few technical points that may help clear up the misunderstanding.
First and foremost, a full refund has already been issued for your order, regardless of the cause. We always strive to support our customers with fairness and goodwill.
Based on our communication, it appears that the cable you purchased—designed for PCIe 6-pin/8-pin configurations—is not compatible with your RTX 50-series GPU, which requires a 12VHPWR connector. These newer GPUs use a different power delivery standard, and unfortunately, the cable you selected is an 8pin/6pin PCIE cable.
Regarding the pinout: PCIe cables typically have two distinct ends—the GPU-side PCIe 8-pin and the HP-side HP 10-pin. It seems you may have been some confusion between these two. For the HP 10-pin side, the standard configuration is 5 pins for +12V and 5 pins for GND. This is consistent and the same across manufacturers globally, including the cable you received from us.
As for voltage specification, PCIe power cables are designed to deliver only +12V and GND. These are the only two voltage lines defined in the PCIe power standard.
We’ve tried our best to explain these details patiently the difference of a 10pin modular port, an 8pin PCIE port, and a 12VHPWR port, but we understand that technical specifications can sometimes be complicated. It appears the cable was simply not the right match for your GPU.
For over 14 years, we’ve proudly served customers worldwide with millions of cables sold, and we’ve never received a report of incorrect pinout in our products. That said, we always welcome feedback and remain committed to continuous improvement.
If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help.
Warm regards,
