Had a great conversation with Carrie who helped answer all of my questions on which specific parts I needed for my project and even worked with me to custom modify a project they carried, but using different parts. She was incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable for any of my questions, and she was willing to do whatever I needed to get the custom part I needed for my project. I ordered. The supposedly shipping in 24 hours product, took a week to ship. Then I got an email review begging for the website. Asking if I had received my order. It had already been a month. I contacted customer support. Only to be told that the 2-3 weeks, was actually going to be 2-3 months and no one decided to tell me. Trash.
