excellent service!!

I ordered on August 1st. It is now October 1st and I still haven't received my order to the USA. Be very wary of "free" shipping. I also sent an email on Monday for support with this situation. It is now three days later and I still haven't received a response to my concern. I am now sitting in "chat" for the last 20 minutes and I really don't believe anyone will respond. Think very critically about ordering from this place. I do not trust them anymore and wish I hadn't even bothered. Edit : Apparently only "surface" mail is available to the US. Blaming covid saying 2-3 months. It's already been two and no state side tracking.

Great support. After placing an order it does not show for the customer under "My Orders" until it starts being processed, that's my only complaint. I went through Live Chat to go to Customer Support, happened quickly and nicely, had to go through customer support to change a typo in the shipping address.
