I brought the low relief warehouse kit and the and OO gauge and wow! By far the best material quality I’ve seen, unlike other companies I’ve looked at.. was easy to build with the instructions, hoping to see new builds soon.

Still waiting for the promised delivery of 10 successful eBay bids. Repeatedly told 'they are ready to post tomorrow". I no longer believe it and am north of £80 out of pocket as a consequence - eBay Refund expired now. Still no sign of the 10 outstanding and paid for kits despite your saying on 22/11 “We haven’t had any mail.... i'm sorry, i will get the kits marked as collection sent out tomorrow.” Since the Holt Water Tower was promised “tomorrow” on 18/9 it has failed to materialise – this is the ‘oldest’ of the missing items. You really need to change your courier – unless they never actually left, despite your repeatedly promising that they “will leave tomorrow”, as promised on 18/9;7/10;22/10;12/11and, most recently, 22/11
