Great Programming! Most importantly, it’s a community, maintained by having active coaches who are really responsive and involved. I’ve used multiple programs developed by experienced professionals, and even though I had good experiences with them, I’m drinking the Kool-aid Modern Athlete is serving. Results!

I have been training with MASS for almost 2 months now, and absolutely love the programming. It has helped me to build the necessary strength as well as capacity for my job, with the added bonus of feeling good in my movement and not overloaded with volume. I will be following along with this training for the foreseeable future!
