Would not answer repeated calls
Would not answer repeated calls, text and emails. Did not fulfill their contractual agreement on closing. WILL be pursuing legal action...

Daric, First off, I’m sorry this happened to you, and I appreciate you wanting to hold the right party accountable. That said, you have the wrong company. I’ve never spoken with you, nor has my company ever made an offer on your property. There is another company with a very similar name operating in other states. My business only purchases properties in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and I’m confident your property is not located in either state. I’d kindly ask that you double-check the contract or paperwork you signed so you can direct your concerns to the correct company. We’ve unfortunately had this confusion happen before due to the similarity in names, and other reviewers have later updated or removed their reviews after realizing the mistake Best of luck.

Non communication is the motto
After the initial pressure to sign the agreement within one day of contacting me I have heard nothing. Three phone numbers and several email accounts go unanswered. Have called for weeks now with nothing. All they did was list the property with a very old photo. DO NOT EXPECT ANYTHING SCAM.

HOME SELL
I needed to sale my house, so I called Modern Property Solutions. I was fortunate to speak with Craig Bach. Craig and I came to a fair deal. Unfortunately, I was unable to close on the deal, due to circumstances out of my control. Craig,was able to cancel the contract without penalty to me. Craig, told me they are in business to help people solve their real estate problems not to create new ones. Thanks Mike Greeson

If you need creative financing this is the place to go to
