We bought this mattress for our spare bedroom, but did try it out. It seems comfortable. We were a little disappointed that we ordered a 10" matress but when completely expanded it only measured 8". That being said I think this will make a great guest bed.

I slept on the mattress for 5 days and it was comfortable. Delivery was fast. It is a bit heavy to move up stairs alone once it’s opened. I’ll be using it as a guest bed when needed

When I received the bed, there is a tear in the out cover. I repaired it myself and it seems to be okay and I reporting it to you because there is no way how to report it.

Product I bought was sold out so I was emailed an offer to have a similar bed sent, more expensive, but they would cover the difference. Bed was sent quickly and it seems like an okay mattress.

So far satisfactory but too soon to tell

Mattress itself is ok and comfortable, however it did rise up only 11 inches and all four coners has expanded only 10 inches. The website photo shows brown and white color, but I received grey and white color mattress .

Plush, medium and firm are the words used to adjust the layers. I wanted the softest mattress but all other companies use plush for medium firm. So what is the softest? Do I use the color of the foam inside the white covering and the colors are hard to tell.

Website was easy to navigate and laid out pretty decently. The mattress itself was easy to set up and the dreamland(?)(the firmest one) is beyond comfortable and my nerve pain and my nocturnal myclonus and daytime muscle spasms have chilled out a lot. Like waking up only a handful of times verses upwards of a couple dozen. Tons of info on the mattress (actually some of the graphics on each mattress page was too much and a bit overwhelming). I do really like how much information is on those pages. It was super helpful with selecting my mattress. The mattresses tab on top didn't actually go to the main mattress catalog page. You have to use the left side option. It was a little annoying to find but nothing that impeded my navigation more than a few times. You gotta clean up the faq section. It makes me laugh but there are a lot of repeats and practically no replies from a molblly employee. It's also really long and we both know most customers aren't going to scroll down that far to read most of them. I know I didn't. Which means customers turning away due to lack of information and useful information and more work for customer service who field the emails and calls. Also make sure and have the firmness rating in every title hyperlink for the items. It was actually a bit difficult to find out which ones are firm. Like every title hyperlink after the name of the model. Also, the left blue menu on the front page needs more contrast with the box color and the font color. Or just slightly bigger font. There are a lot of folks who have sight issues. I managed to shop and order on my phone but these issues might create issues with others.
