I have had the pleasure of working with Mona as a math instructional coach and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Her expertise and dedication to fostering a positive learning environment where students grapple and think deeply about problem solving is truly remarkable. Mona’s ability to create opportunities for student’s to foster their own understanding of complex mathematical concepts into easily understandable parts made a significant impact on both students and teachers. The strategies Mona introduced were not only effective but also engaging for both students and teachers, making math enjoyable for everyone involved. What stood out most was Mona’s personalized approach. She took the time to understand the specific needs of the educators, tailoring her guidance to address each unique challenge. This level of attention and flexibility contributed greatly to the success. Moreover, Mona’s passion for mathematics is contagious. Students became more enthusiastic about learning, and teachers felt inspired to implement new teaching methods. Overall, I highly recommend Mona to any school seeking to enhance its math curriculum.
