I ordered a beautiful.mulberry colored dress a few months ago and was skeptical at first because I never ordered from this site before. However, the dress arrived and is great color and quality. Alittle heavy fabric so better for non- hot weather events or air conditioned settings. Classy dress, easy experience.

The order came in the nick of time for a very important date. It is beautiful. I did have to make an alteration on the bust line, otherwise I was very pleased.

This company deserves 0 stars!
If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Not only do their clothes fit oddly, but to return their items costs practically as much as the item itself. On top of that, their communication is awful, and their choices on returns are worse than awful! I will never purchase another item from them and I highly recommend no one else does either!

They ruined my wedding dress
They ruined my wedding dress! I followed their order process EXACTLY! Ordered a custom white, got samples of the dress in white, ordered it and they send a white dress...with a PINK BODICE!!!! FOR MY WEDDING!!! Now they are blaming me for their mistake and will not fix this! I am devastated!! All women beware of mondressy.com!

I was very nearly drawn in with the images on line. Then I investigated what others have experienced. I will not be ordering from this company. Great pity as the designs look perfect.

Ordered a suit
Ordered a suit. It was too small! Contacted the vendor about returning it. Had to jump through a bunch of hoops to return the item. Ended up keeping the first suit and just ordering the same suit in a bigger size, even paid $39.99 for expedited shipping. After almost 10 days item wasn't showing up as shipped on the Shop App. I sent Mondressy an email to cancel the order, also sent a screenshot of the Shop App, showing item hadn't shipped. They responded that they had to update Shop App! It wasn't until I wanted to cancel my order that all of a sudden the item had shipped(No proof)! The item should have shipped in 5-8 days per their stated policy on expedited shipping! Had to dispute the purchase through my bank! This is not a reputable company! Buyers beware!!!

The dress was totally different then on the website. I could not return. Very Disappointed. Spent 160.00 for a very cheap looking dress.
