I recently switched my precious metals custodial company due to ongoing reliability issues, and Monetary Gold made the entire transition effortless. From the start, they were transparent, supportive, and committed to ensuring my transfer was handled smoothly. Richard, Anna, and Norma each played a key role in the process. Their professionalism, patience, and dedication to my complete satisfaction stood out at every step. They kept me informed, answered every question, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel simple and well‑managed. Thank you.

I had a great experience at Monetary Gold. I purchased a gold bar and the entire process was smooth, professional, and reassuring. David helped me throughout the purchase and did an outstanding job. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions patiently, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my decision. His knowledge, honesty, and calm approach really stood out and helped build my trust. If you’re looking to buy gold and want excellent customer service from someone who truly cares, I highly recommend Monetary Gold — especially if you get the chance to work with David.

Ever since i contacted Brian at Monetary Gold, I felt that I was with a good friend. He was courteous and complimentary to my desire to enter the precious market arena. Even though he and Monetary Gold could not give financial advice, he did answer my questions in a manner that i understood what he was relating to me. I was treated respectfully and professionally.
