At 9 at night on Saturday a very kind lady helped me get an appointment to swap out my device from my truck to my car. I'm so thankful for intelligent people who can do their job with a great attitude. Now If you could just lower my rate.

The very nice lady was very informative…
The very nice lady was very informative and patient. She listened to all the information about the trouble I was encountered with the interlock system. Together we tried all the tasks to reset the system. Unfortunately it seems the system is defective at the moment.
