As all of the 2022 reviews state below - STAY AWAY from this company. I ordered a coffee table back in January, was charged the $900+ immediately and then never received the item and have gotten zero response from anyone that works there. They are basically just stealing people's money at this point - STAY AWAY!!!

The worst customer service I have ever received. I ordered a Dining table and 4 chairs back in January and it is almost July… promise date was end of April. I feel like there might be a total of two people that actually work for this company and they took a bunch of peoples money and now can’t deliver on promised orders so they ignore you. I’ve also contacted them on every single social media platform including linkdin. Had to file a dispute with cc company. Don’t waste your time with them, they are on verge of shutting down probably.

worst experience! ive been waiting for a table i ordered in Octobober 2021 with expected delivery date January 2022. ive been trying to reach the company and no one has helped me track my order. They ask me questions which ive already answered 50x and i never hear from them after they go to find out more details. very frustrating and i hope i get my doposit back!

If I just copied and pasted Tara's review below, it would be easier! My experience has been almost EXACTLY the same. I have reached out over and over again with no response. This company is took my money, gave me nothing, and wont respond. I have contacted them every way possible and can get NO WHERE. Beyond frustrated.

Here to warn everyone. This is a FRAUDULENT company. Just read all the reviews. I was tricked as well after finding them on Instagram and doing zero research. Once I realized I was never getting the $1000 table I ordered, I saw all the comments turned off on Instagram, read reviews online, and saw that they have been scamming for a while. I reported them to the better business bureau, Instagram, and everywhere else I could. PLEASE BE WARNED THEY CHANGED THEIR NAME AFTER I REPORTED THEM. It is now “Interior Designed US”. Please guys do your research before you have to file fraud with your bank while these guys just get away with pocketing money from innocent buyers.

Nonexistent customer service/Fraudulent company. I have chatted, emailed, FB messaged, IG messaged, called, etc. DAILY for MONTHS with no resolution. I ordered a table in August 2021 that was back ordered until January 2022. I asked if January 2022 was the best date they could give and got an immediate response (funny how before they take your money they respond immediately and once they have your money you hear nothing). I was ok with the backorder so placed my order. I emailed them in December 2021 to see if there were any further delays. They confirmed no delays. 1/19/22 I ask if they have the table yet and don’t receive a response. I email every day until 2/14/22 (a month later) when Stephanie replies and says they are scheduled to ship that week and she will follow up on 2/22/22 to check in. Shocker, she doesn’t respond or follow up and I don’t get a shipping email. On 3/7/22, I get a shipping confirmation. The email states I will get a tracking number within 48 hours. 48 hours come and go with no tracking number. I start emailing reaching every day and 3 weeks go by and I still have no table or tracking information. I finally get ahold of Stephanie on chat and she states the table was “lost”. I’m not sure how you lose a 60” table and am 99% sure this was an absolute lie. She says that they can re-ship the table and I ask how can they do that if they are currently taking orders for an October ship date. She says that they keep a few in stock in case these things happen (another lie). I agree to move forward with a re-ship and she promises they will ship within 7-10 business days. To no one’s surprise, the table doesn’t’/hasn’t shipped. I continue emailing/chatting/calling every day and get ahold of Richard. He says he has reached out to the DC and will let me know by 4/15/22 at the latest. That was the last communication I had with him and have heard nothing for 1.5 months. I finally get a response on FB messenger from Tyler on April 27th. He promises to look into it and follows up next day that he is waiting for response from customer service manager. He promises I will have a reply by 4/29/22. That was the last communication I had with him and have heard nothing since despite following up everyday. On 5/16, I get a response on one of my Instagram messages to please send an email to Business Affair’s. Sara responds and says she will reach out to customer service manager and contact me. To no one’s surprise, this was an empty promise and I have heard nothing. 9 months have gone by with no table, no communication, and continuous lies whenever someone decides to response every 3 months. This company is definitely fraudulent and has been holding my money for 9 months with 0 communication. Like other people have said, there’s a reason their Instagram comments are turned off. When I commented on a FB picture of the table I bought 9 months ago asking where it was, they deleted the picture but did not respond. They claim to be a family business and to be patient with response times but not responding at all is beyond unacceptable.

Well, I guess add me to the list of bad experiences. I ordered a dining table and 6 chairs in early January and have still not received anything. 3 missed delivery appointments with lots of excuses that this should not have happened. I was getting some replys from people but now that we are just trying to get our money back they have gone radio silent. I am not sure what to do next. How to go about getting my money back. I was even still hopeful that my order would actually show up which would be better than just plain old getting your money stolen from you. Don't make the same mistake. So shady.

Like everyone else who deals with the fraud of a company, I share that they are quick to take your money, but vanish immediately after. Ordered was place in March. We were told we would receive it in early May. When nothing came, we called and emailed SEVERAL times, but did not receive any response. Automated phone line was a first clue that something was not right. It is now in the hands of our credit company as we paid for a product that we never received. This could all have been avoided if they were HONEST and PROFESSIONAL and simply called us back. STAY AWAY!
