Their website is amazing, lamps are divided by type, a lots of pics show the lamps in different sets and also short video tutorials are present, webchat and customer support by email are very reactive. Despite products take a long time to arrive, quality and design are at the top. Highly recommended.

I am so pleased with the two table lamps that I've purchased from Mooielight. They look even better than the photos, and give a beautiful, soft light. The company also corresponded with me regularly to check if I needed extra cable, and to update me on the status of my order. I highly recommend Mooielight, and have already made another purchase.

Poor communication. The product took months to arrive. It was broken and not compliant with Australian standards. Company refused a refund and promised a replacement light which never turned up.

Excellent service. Initially I had questions which they answered promptly same day, then I ordered a pendant chandelier and it arrived in expected timing, robustly packaged. It had a defect in the canopy upon inspection which we couldn’t remedy so they arranged a hassle free replacement to be sent.

Great customer service, but I went on the website this evening to start working on some selections for a client - and found that the website is down, noting a 500 Error - 'Bad Gateway'. I hope this doesn't mean they've gone out of business?! The team may want to check that if they are still in business!

I would recommend Mooielight without hesitation. Excellent communications and service. There was nothing that they wouldn't try to do if they could to meet my requirements. I purchased 10 large pendant style designer lights and they arrived delivered to my door. The lights are all great quality and precisely as described. I will be buying from them again soon. Cheers.
