Kartiga was very responsive and would reach out to check my status when the delay was on my side. They were very helpful with options to resolve the problem and I am satisfied with my experience and my Chloe couch I purchased from Mopio.

The product and customer service is by far the best I have ever used! I bought five dressers and they’re beautiful and amazing. We highly recommend Mopio! I will be ordering more!!! Liveniya Muthian Was great with all my questions and any problems I had.

This is a great value for the money. It really looks expensive and classy. The storage under each seat is such a gem. The color and fabric is chic. I had a defect in one of the pieces but the customer support team is quick and easily replaced my order. Yaashiine Helped me through the process so I can relax while I waited for my replacement. Would definitely buy other pieces of furniture from this company.

BUYER BEWARE: I purchased the 39"retrovie book case/hutch and spent NINE hours putting this piece together. Despite paying meticulous attention to the instructions, the corners do not align, nor do the shelves. Additionally, there was a scratch in the middle of the piece that you see immediately upon looking at it. I have gone back and forth with mopio's chatbot customer service and their response to me was the alignment issues are "part of the intended design." For the scratch they offered me 10% back (on a $650 piece). Initially they indicated they would not require me to send it back; however, after a week of back and forth they asked me to take the entire unit apart and package it up and bring it back to a shipper, mind you it weighs 200+ pounds. Because I cannot get in touch with an actual customer service human, I have to go through the credit card company to dispute the charge and pay to have someone remove it from my apartment. Don't even think about buying this piece. Such a shame, because it is beautiful....in theory.

We're really sorry for what you went through. The assembly issues, the scratch, the back-and-forth to get it sorted - that's not how we want your Mopio experience to go, and we own that. I purchased a black cabinet set, and although I ended up returning it due to conflicts with my home design, the return process was very easy, and my customer service representative Batrisha was very responsive and helpful! Thank you so much

Mopio's customer service is so incompetent that although I really wanted to buy an entertainment center, they could not even tell me the size I was ordering. I kept receiving emails that it would be done by the next day, then it wasn't, then it was some team working on it? Again, this was the furniture I'd picked out and all I wanted to do was actually purchase it. There's no phone number, no human to talk to- I decided to go with West Elm who was responsive to me within a couple of hours- not just making excuses every few hours. I wouldn't trust this company to do anything but bill me. Customers deserve way better- and it is blatantly obvious they do not give their customer service staff any ability to actually do their jobs.

I was VERY hesitant about buying a couch without first sitting in it, but the Qoosh looked like the perfect sofa -- plush and comfortable without taking too much unnecessary space. I spoke with their support team, and they helped explain the product and their return policy. Batrisha was super helpful! I decided to pull the trigger, and I'm so glad i did. The couch was so easy to put together, intelligently made, and most importantly INCREDIBLY COMFORTABLE.

We were missing some parts for our TV console that we purchased from Mopio. The customer service department, especially Liveniya, was very helpful and quick in response. They sent out the replacement parts without a problem. The quick response and help was very much appreciated!
