Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I apologize for the delays with USPS; they are falling behind in certain areas, which is causing some headaches for me as well. Have a great day- Chad

Subject: Follow-Up on Your Order and Review Sandra Tinsley 2 reviews • 0 photos starstarstarstarstar 1 week ago New I had originally given this site a poor review, because I lost communication with them and felt this was my only way to reach out to them. I apologize doing this as I have now received my order as promised. It is exactly what I ordered and also received several bonus samples. I am more than pleased with this order and plan to order again very soon! I would recommend MaryKay products and this is an excellent sight to purchase them. Thanks Sandra More4less Owner 2 days ago Thanks for posting an update- Chad Hi Sandra, Thank you for reaching out. I’ve just started looking into your order and have sent you an email with further details. A dispatch email with tracking information was sent to you on the same day the order was placed. This email also included an update from USPS indicating that the item was delayed, which is beyond my control. Additionally, I’ve included photos of your item being processed, and packed, and the shipping label that was printed and paid for. I noticed that your review and email about this order came through simultaneously. As soon as I received them, I paused what I was doing to investigate the issue for you. I understand there may have been some confusion if you didn’t see the dispatch email, which may have led you to believe there was no follow-up after your purchase. However, I assure you that the email was sent, and I always recommend checking your spam or junk folders for updates. Once I drop off a package, it’s out of my hands, and I’m unable to individually track every item. That’s why I provide tracking tools to help customers monitor their shipments. I’m also here to assist if any issues arise. I truly hope you’ll consider revisiting your review score, as I work hard to deliver the best customer service possible. The reason I started More4less was to offer an alternative to big companies that treat customers as mere transactions. My goal is to provide amazing customer service while helping you save money. Thank you for your understanding, and please let me know if there’s anything else I can do to assist you. Best regards, Chad
