Great packaging and easy to install. Lights are 3X brighter than the factory lights! I get lots of compliments on the grille as well.

They sent me this link to review after 2 months of receiving my headlights and light bar. I spent close to 3k all told. I hit a deer and the connectors on the light bar got messed up I believe about 10 in total (to clarify these are hinge brackets approx 2x2). I went to request a replacement and they charged $270 and that was after a “discount “ the part probably cost $20. Regardless you spend good money and then get nickeled and dimed. I have a fleet of rigs with various light bars and happy to spend good money for a quality product that a company stands behind. I use two other light brands. One starts w an “R” and the other “BD”. I hit something and had slight malfunction w another bar. GUESS WHAT ??? I got sent a new one ASAP!! ALLL I stated are FACTS. I’ll let you the future potential customer be the judge. It’s safe to say I will NEVER buy from this company again !

Hi Brant, first off, I really appreciate you taking the time to share this - seriously. It's obvious you're frustrated and I think anyone in your shoes would be, me included... When you invest that kind of money into your setup, the expectation is that we’ve got your back when something goes wrong. Hitting a deer is never a small incident, and even though the damage you described falls outside of a typical warranty situation, that doesn’t mean the experience should feel like you’re being nickel-and-dimed. That’s on us to handle better. It sounds like we missed the mark here. I’d really like the opportunity to make this right for you. If you’re open to it, I will be reviewing your order details to try and find your order and will reach out to you directly with a solution. I’ll personally take a look at your order and see what we can do to improve the outcome. We build our brand around quality and standing behind our customers, and I’d hate for this experience to be the one that defines us for you.
