Purchased Agisoft Photoscan Pro for building 3D models from drone flights for Eastern Washington University Geology Department through Motion Media and couldn't be happier. The support staff helped me get setup, they are quick to reply, knowledgeable, and polite. I highly recommend Motion Media!

This could have been a 1-star review, because the software I ordered was no longer being sold there, nor at the price posted, and they offered a cancellation refund, but I insisted they own-up to their error, and instead deliver what I just paid for. The team respond quickly and delivered within an hour, sucking up the cost and saving face. Kudos, regardless of management approval. Management should be proud for turning a 1-star into a 4-star. BTW: this was hours after waiting for my digital download to be emailed. I had to call them because online chat wasn't responding. So customer service depends on the customer's insistence. Just saying.

Great customer service. Got what I paid for. NOTE: Not all digital download purchases are received instantly. If you buy one such as Zbrush 4r8, don't purchase it late Friday after they close, unless you want to wait until Monday to use it because it has to be processed manually. So before you purchase, make sure to read more. Something I didn't do, haha.

Working with Motion Media has been the best experience possible for me. I am a sole proprietor and sometimes it's tough to get the software I need quickly. A lot of the developers are overseas and it's nice to have someone I can call on locally. Brad, in particular has handled all my license purchases to date and he's is always responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. I only wish other companies were this easy to work with!

I just learned about Motion Media as I was looking to buy a Lacie 20Tb Hard Drive. I checked out their reviews before buying and read many glowing comments. I have to echo these great reviews with my wonderful experience in the purchase of the product and the customer service. Brad helped me make sure I was getting the product and it ended getting to me in one day as they were able to ship from an east coast location. I will be back to purchase more products in the future and I give Motion Media my highest recommendation!
