Great design, enjoy looking at taking a break from work, also got compliments from the design who are fans of Cowboy Bebop.

Although my order was damaged in transit it was obvious that the pad was high quality and looked exactly as advertised. When i contacted the company to let them know it was damaged I received and email back very promptly appologizing for the damage and they took care of me that day. Great customer service, and great product, what more could you ask for.

Thank you for the amazing review Joseph and thank you also for your understanding regarding the shipping damage <3 We hope to see you again soon :)

Good quality and really nice feeling mousepad, BUT, the "waterproof" is false and misleading because it isn't actually waterproof, meaning it doesn't reflect water
Reply from Mousepad WarehouseFeb 12, 2025
Thank you for the feedback Quinn! Maybe we need to find a better word for that feature. It is waterproof in the way that water does not damage it, you can wash it in the washing machine. The breathable cloth is not 'water repellent' but it is waterproof

I've bought 2 mouse pads from them. They're both great quality and design. Shipping was fast despite a bad weather storm. Will buy from them again.

The package is over one month late compared to the estimated delivery time. It has been shipped, yet remains to be delivered...

Hi Teresa, Please reach out to us via the website or Etsy if you have any issues. I just checked your order and you placed the order Dec 11, it was printed then shipped the very next day on Dec 12. According to your shipping tracking it was marked as "Your package has been delivered to the designated pick-up point. Please collect it as soon as possible. Dec 21, 15:04 AWST" So, this was printed and shipped within 24hrs and then delivered in 9-10 days. Please check your local post office for the package.
