Move Nation takes customer feedback seriously; however, we have been unable to locate any customer record matching the information provided in this review.
Our records do not reflect a move in which an estimate of $1,900 was increased as described, nor have we been able to identify the reviewer as a customer, prospective customer, or individual who booked services through our company. Additionally, all customers are informed both verbally and in writing that Move Nation operates as a licensed moving broker and not as a motor carrier.
To further investigate these allegations, we requested identity and transaction verification through Trustpilot so that we could confirm the reviewer had a genuine experience with our company. Unfortunately, no response or supporting documentation was provided in response to that request. As a result, we have been unable to verify the authenticity of this review or identify any corresponding customer file.
