I love my t-shirts. Great quality. USA sizes seem a little smaller than UK, if it doubt, pick the next size up. Love the MoveU band #COMEBACKSTRONGER - great motivator. I will be adding more merchandise to my collection :)

MoveU isn't just about fixing pain, it's about making sure you move properly, daily so that you move for life. I want to be that 87 year old surfing, and I believe this is the program, plan and community to get me there.

MoveU is an excellent program for all. I have been in the program for 8 months and now living life to the fullest. I have learned so much about my body posture. I love this program! Their premise is that no one cares more than you do about fixing your aches and pains. This is so true. We all have to take an active role in learning about our bodies and our imbalances. Andrew and Dr. Mike work on helping you identify issues, and then you must begin the daily process of fixing yourself. Simple but not easy.
