Great program

Since February 2017 MoveU for me has been the start a new Life with a happy face. Pain Free!! yESS!! They has teach me to understand the movement of my body , to keep a good posture ,at the moment of doing an exercise and in my daily basic life. with patience and time , I 've been gain strength and feel better day by day. I started MOVEU 9 months after a microdiscectomy Spine surgery. and with MoveU program I've learned we are not fragile that we can live a life pain free.
