I reported to the company that I had a broken TV and damage to a large black sit/stand desk. I have heard nothing back from them. I am very disappointed as I purchased the insurance plus the extra insurance do to the fact we had 4 TVs and some very large items. The head crew person seemed as it was an inconvenience for him to have to be there and do anything. Will not suggest this company to any friends or family that need to move.

The movers were not prepared with the necessary tools they had to borrow mine. They damaged 2 pieces of furniture. They did not ask me where to place furniture I had to correct them and have them move furniture. They also were not going to put my bed together as expected. They were finished ans I asked them if they put the bed together and they had not. Very disappointed.

They are good at answering any questions but sometimes were vague about the process. They are just a broker and normally move with Estes sure move so I’d just go straight through them instead of just using for a trailer. I had issues where people at the loading trailer said they’d put the partition up for me and then I believe they didn’t and all my stuff shifted and broke. Was then charged for the additional foot since everything moved and didn’t get any compensation for damages. I get it that it’s in your contract and what not but try and work with me a little and at least not charge the extra foot for that. Good luck to you all.

The moving team arrived late, which pushed back everything. I had scheduled everything for an early morning start, but they didn’t show up until nearly midday. Once they arrived, they seemed competent, but the delay stressed me out, especially since I had help scheduled at the destination. One of my boxes also had a small dent that I didn't expect. It took longer than anticipated, and I felt a lack of communication during the wait, which was frustrating.

Ben their customer service rep was great from the beginning to the start. However, the delivery was terrible they did bring my stuff. They brought someone else things and had to another four more hours to get my furniture. Then when they did bring my stuff all of our desk, and dressers were broken and had black marks on them from the truck bed. Very disappointed with my delivery. Now I have to get new dressers and top I went over the supposed amount and had to pay addition for that.

They were supposed to be there between 8-9 and didn’t show up until after noon! Said it was an issue at U-Haul - surprising they don’t have their own trucks. Very little communication and very frustrating as we wasted so much time waiting. Then they wanted to charge us more at the end because it took longer. Movers were very strong and efficient once at both locations, but overall a very frustrating situation!

The movers came with one (maybe two) pads that would be used to protect furniture. As a result we found many scrapes and bruises on teac furniture. I would think that you would require your sub-contractors to carry a full supply of pads.

The worst moving experience I've ever endured. The first moving company they sent were unprofessional and seemingly unqualified. Three of the four movers arrived 40 minutes after we were told they would arrive. Within ten minutes of starting the owner tried to roll a full dresser onto it's side and snapped the leg. "It can't ever support it's own weight.... That's just wood glue." Wooden furniture wasn't protected while moving because the fourth guy was the one with bringing the blankets and plastic wrap, so nearly every piece of furniture got scratched (only a bookshelf made it out unscathed). Heavy boxes were stacked four high on a dolly so that the boxes at the bottom collapsed. Items that should have been plastic wrapped weren't. Metal objects were placed against wooden surfaces, and bikes were laid, unsecured, on top of a digital piano. We provided our own mattress bag, yet somehow it still got stained from the dirt in the truck. The truck was packed so poorly that we called MovingPlace and requested it to be redone. To their credit, they made efforts to match us with competent movers after the first crew, but by that time, the extensive damage was already done.
