The dogs love it, sink into it. Easy to remove cover and wash. Very soft.

Hello Theresa, We’re glad the dogs love their beds and that the removable covers make cleaning easy. Thanks for sharing your positive experience!
ROGER
ordering and receiving the product was easy unfortunately my two dogs do not use the product.

Thank you for your feedback, Roger! While it’s unfortunate your dogs haven’t taken to the beds, we’re glad the ordering process and product quality met your expectations.

The bed is of poor quality. The 15% deduction not to resend it back is not what I would say is good customer relations

Hi Austin, we’re sorry the bed didn’t meet your expectations and that the resolution offered felt unsatisfactory. Your feedback has been noted.

"Fluffy" bed was not only the completely wrong size feom the one I ordered, but also was just a flimsy, cheap cover and several half empty, paper thin, sacks with hard, crumbling pieces of hard, popcorn like substance!!! I warn anyone from buying anything from this fraudulent company!
Reply from MrFluffyFriend™Jan 23, 2026
Hi Gene, sorry about this. If you received the wrong size, we can absolutely look into that — please email us at [email protected] with your order details. Regarding the appearance and feel of the bed, please note that our products are vacuum-packed and need time to regain their full shape and size.

My dog does not like it much thinking of donating it to a shelter

Hi Thomas, We understand — every dog has their own preferences, and it’s not something we can control. We appreciate you sharing your honest feedback.
