Smelled like chemicals. I threw it out. Didn’t want my dog to breathe that. Sorry I bought it. A waste of money

Hi Carol, We’re very sorry that your experience was disappointing. The smell is actually due to the tight vacuum packaging, and there are no harmful chemicals in the product. Normally, allowing it to air out resolves this. We completely understand your concern for your dog and are sorry that this led to the bed being discarded.

Although the promise is that you can return your order and get your money back, this is only true in theory. Communication is handled well, but the return address is in China, and delivery costs are higher than the value of most orders. It is not clearly stated that this company operates through dropshipping. If you are not sure if your pet likes it look for an easy way to send it back. To settle they offered a 35% discount and I will donate the bed to a local animal care center. Be clear upfront so people can make a choice based on the truth

Ordered a dog bed, it is awful, lumpy, cheap and nasty. They have a thirty day money back guarantee, but you have to return the item to China before they will consider a refund. Buyer beware

Er staat mrfluffy Nederland. Dan mag je verwachten dat je hem kan retourneren in Nederland.Maar tot mijn verbazing halen ze het uit China.Daar moet je het retour naar sturen voor de hoofdprijs. De eerste keer bieden ze 15% korting. De tweede keer 30 % Maar wat heb ik aan een mand die niet goed is voor mijn bulletje met ernstige gewrichtsproblemen. Ik wil hem retourneren naar de firma in Nederland.Daar heb ik hem gekocht.Anders had ik hem wel bij temu besteld.Dan kan je gewoon wel retourneren. Deze zaak stinkt.Ik raad het niemand aan.En was Klarna op de hoogte van deze praktijken? Ik heb in ieder geval een melding gemaakt en kan fluiten naar mijn 109 euro
