Love our bed so much! It took a bit to arrive, but it was worth the wait. The size guide was perfect.

Awful customer service and processes. Requested a cancellation before they shipped our product as they informed us it was sold out and offered us another variant. We ask for the cancellation which they agreed too, then ignored. Sent the wrong product and now expect us to pay the return and shipping costs to them in China. Not 100% sure if they are a scam company, but 100% sure they are a awful at dealing with customers- despite being polite.

I ordered my bed January 2 2025. Tracking says my bed is in Inglewood California since January 5th. If I don’t have my order by the end of the week I am going to file a claim with my credit card company. Would not recommend ordering from them

I purchased a bed and a retractable leash in early December. They arrive a month later, after I had complained via Illinois to California to other places and then to New Hampshire. The bed was fine but the leash broke on the third day. The kite string based leash material pulled out of the handle and my dog disappeared to the neighbors down the street. The handle is made from plastic, halves glued together - not a chance of repair. I emailed my problem a week ago without a response. Nothing but more ads. I have disputed the charges on my card and gone to social media. MrFluffyFriend - respond please.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and your understanding while we work on resolving this matter. If there’s anything else we can do in the meantime, please feel free to let us know.

(1/21/25 got an email from them offering me 15% of what we paid--which is a little over $16! What a joke!) After just a few days of very little use, one of the beds already has a "bald" spot. We ordered 2 beds (+ a little one for my daughter's cat) and followed their website size suggestions, but they are too small. Our little Chihuahuas are afraid of laying in the beds, because they are too wobbly. The order was placed Dec/18/24 and was delivered Jan/11/25. We let them sit for 3 days, as instructed. Since today is the 19, I can't return them! Their answers when contact always sound like this (check their comments to the one-star reviews): "We’ve been receiving a lot of emails, etc." Buyer beware!
