DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! my dog is 14 years old. arthritic and moving a lil slow. this bed has made a big difference in her quality of life. took her a day or two for her to decide if she liked it better than her old bed,,,it proves even old dogs CAN learn new tricks! order bigger than you are thinking. I didn't and they graciously sent me a larger one. Proving your pet is the client. Regards, Jennifer P

Order came in good time. Our dog loves the sofa and when he wakes isn't having to stretch as much. He looks so comfy! Thank you.

I'm happy with the dog bed. I wanted a dog bed that was comfortable and dealt with anxiety and arthiritus in my older dog, and the site recommended one that checked all the boxes. Speaking with the service team helped me get exactly what I was looking for.

Service was quick and the product is satisfactory. My cat wouldn’t go near it for a couple of weeks, as she preferred her other one from a different company. However, I put a tshirt of mine into the bed, and she eventually slept in it. Now she sleeps in it every day for a couple hours. Thank you.

Hi Carol, Thank you for sharing your experience 😊 We’re glad to hear the service was quick and that your cat has gradually warmed up to her new bed. That’s a great tip with the T-shirt too—sometimes a familiar scent really helps them settle in 🐾 We’re happy she now enjoys sleeping in it every day!

I ordered the largest bed. Opening the vacuum sealed package and allowing it to resolve itself as it is supposed to do. My product is not fully sized as it should be. I was emailed a response to my likely if the product from customer service. I explained my disappointment. I never heard anything back. One can purchase a far more better quality dog bed from pet stores.

Hi Darren, We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with your order. We understand your initial reaction, especially as the dog bed arrives vacuum-packed and can take some time to fully expand and settle into its intended shape. We also apologize if you felt your concerns were not fully addressed. We will follow up with you via email shortly so we can review this properly and assist you further.

My Beagles love the Calming Bed, they take turns sharing this bed even though we have other dog beds available throughout the house. The calming bed is their favourite.
