The beds are nice and soft so far, not sure how I am going to wash them and dry them and how they will turn out afterwards. But so far they are ok 👍

I received my order after a month and multiple emails inquiring about it. I finally received it, without any tags, wrapped and taped badly and upon opening it, it looked used and smelled of urine and cat smell. It was making me sick! I am going to ask for a refund. The entire transaction was disappointing. There is no number to call this company and it takes them a long time to respond to emails if at all. I would not recommend them and will never order from them again.

The advertisement makes this dog bed sound amazing. We have a 75 lb Labrador that is like our child. I sleep on the best bed so I want him to also have the best. Well the color is nice the material is nice, but there is no padding. He just hit the floor hard. That was super sad to see. We had to run out and get him an piece of orthopedic foam to put under his bed. We paid $85.00 for this bed. I wouldn’t buy this again and no one else should either. Go to a store and feel the bed or buy from a reputable company. If you return the bed it has to be in the original package, well good luck that’s not happening. So you can’t return the bed. They offered us 15% back that is nothing. Just save yourself the trouble DON’T BUY THIS BED!!!!!

The package was considerably late, and upon arrival the plastic packing was all ripped and the items inside although not totally destroyed, but were wet and dirty from the shipping process. We are hoping our pets love the Beds??

Terrible ripoff. Comes (eventually) from China, is thin, small and poor quality. For a refund you have to pay tracked postage to China, costs as much as the bed. Odd that reviews are either terrible or ecstatic, also that you can’t post a review on their site, which is full of 5 star reviews of course. This company really should be stopped. Plus this standard reply below is completely meaningless. The only solution would be for me to get back the money I had to spend to send the product back to China but they state in their conditions that they don't do that and there are zero results from emailing them about it.
