The dog loves her bed
The dog loves her bed. She's in it the whole time if the cat tries to get in he's run. She's relaxed and hard to get her out of it. Would recommend to anyone who's thinking about getting one.

Too long to deliver
Took too long - had many, back and forth emails (very bot like in nature) inquiring into the whereabouts of the parcel with no help. There was no delivery attempt to my house it went straight to the Depot which is in Port Melbourne which is 20Ks away from my house city bound nightmare route! Still waiting for my refund too.

Happy Pup...Happy Owner
It was nice to receive a product that was of good quality and something that my spoiled Yorkie actually likes and uses. The delivery time was longer than I expected, but as long as my pet is happy...so am I.

the bed looks way bigger…
In the photos the bed looks way bigger and thicker for larger dogs. I was really disappointed.

Product was easily broken
Product was easily broken, they refused to refund if it wasn’t «as new », their warranty is in fact quite different then the «100%satisfaction or full refund » advertised on the front page Went through all the «loops » to try and get a refund, best they were willing to give was 15%. Warranty is only valid if the product is basically new and returned to them at the customer’s expense

Disappointed
Unfortunately I was not pleased with my purchase. The dog bed was too small and it’s not what I selected. I had selected the larger dog pillow for a dachshund (larger). Please refer to the previous email complaints.
