Customer service responded quickly to my text on delivery. The dog bed took 2 days to fluff up, I shook it 2-3 times a day My dog Sugar loves it. She has anxiety. I feel she looks very comfortable in the bed and snuggles.

J'ai commandé il y a un peu plus d'un mois un coussin en me basant sur le guide de tailles du site. Le coussin a mis du temps à arriver et est très sympathique mais le guide de tailles est absolument faux: il faut commander deux tailles de plus que celles indiquées. J'ai pris contact avec la société qui a géré parfaitement le désagrément. Ce n'est pas vraiment le cas du transporteur, sans doute écolo, et qui doit effectuer ses livraisons à vélo car ce fut très long. Mais mon chien est ravi!!

If zero stars was an option I would have chosen that! Do not buy this bed. The bed came in pieces. The cover is devided into 4 chambers and the stuffing came in 4 pieces that doesn't even fill up the chambers of the cover. In no way is this a support bed for my 12 year old Sophie. It took months to get, I had to make an inquiry where they told me that it was out of stock. Then they said I could get a refund or they can ship it out in 15 days after waiting 2 months for it. I should have just taken the refund as this dog bed is crap. NOTHING like the picture on the website. Quality is just not there for this dog bed

I was attracted to the pet bed for my 10 month old kitty. Didn't know why it was advertised showing just dogs? I ordered it anyway in the color red. Kitty loved it from the first day and has slept in it nightly ever since. I keep it next to me on my bed which allows us to both sleep in our own space comfortably. She purrs while she kneads it - so I guess she is very happy!

I bought 2 anti-anxiety dog beds for a total of $226. They arrived shrink wrapped and I followed the directions for assembling them. The sides never completely expanded like the PupsDream bed I already owned and which my dogs fought over. I contacted customer service and sent photos of the beds. After several days back and forth they said ‘the beds met their quality standards’ even though they had not fully expanded on the sides. I could either receive a 15% discount or return the beds for a refund less the shipping cost on both ends. Bottom line on my $226 expenditure I received $110 back. The MrFluffyFriend beds were absolutely inferior to the PupsDream bed and my dogs proved that to be the case based on their use. The company should have provided me a full refund.

I bought this cozy bed and my large Goldendoodle absolutely loves it, and honestly, I do too. It’s super comfortable and well made. If you’re looking for a comfy bed for a bigger dog, I highly recommend it!

I never took both beds out of the box, due to my dog passing suddenly, so I emailed MrFluffyFriend and they were very kind to assist me on the return. Until next time....
