One of my Amazon seller accounts was deactivated in September 2025. I contacted Mr. Jeff’s team again and sent them all the required information to start the reinstatement process. This is my second case that Mr. Jeff’s team has handled. They collected all the information about my account and my business model and started the reinstatement process. It took 7 months, but the account was successfully reinstated. I also have experience with other teams that help reinstate Amazon accounts, but none of those cases were successful and my accounts remained deactivated. The first case is still in progress, but they have already done a lot of work. Amazon suspended my account and requested invoices. Within one month, this account was linked to another account, and Amazon also requested documents for an order that had been canceled on Amazon. It took a lot of time, but Mr. Jeff’s team is still working on my case. They successfully resolved the related account issue and moved on to the next steps.

Rick was incredibly tenacious and professional throughout the reinstatement process. His appeals were very concise and thorough. Although unsuccessful in reinstating my old account, Mr Jeff stayed true to their word and refunded me 50% of the initial payment.

As an Amazon Private Label seller, my account has been deactivated. I engaged Mr. Jeff LLC four months ago for account reactivation, but they have only submitted two appeals per month with no discernible progress or communication with Amazon. Despite four appeals submitted by me, Mr. Jeff LLC's actions have resulted in zero progress and a four-month wasted effort. Advise me on the best course of action, and provide a warning to other sellers regarding this service's ineffectiveness.
