It's been over a week since I deposited money but I still haven't entered the casino. When I contact them via live chat, they don't give me a straight answer. I've never seen such a crappy casino in my life.

Complete crooks , stay well clear of this site. Has anyone else noticed the fake live chat profiles and the fake queue on live chat, starts at around 60 in the queue every time, and within seconds your connected to a dodgy looking assistant. They always seem to be woman with very fake looking profiles. I asked them about the queue and chat assistant profiles, they ended chat without answering

Well here we go again, I've been here once before regarding withdrawals. I won £2500 four months ago from this site, and did never think I was getting a penny of it. Until I found a site called CASINOMEISTER'S where you can make a complaint, and within three weeks I started receiving £500 every other week from the £2500 I won because that is all I could withdraw each time. Couldn't believe it at first thought I was dreaming, so to whom that have not been paid or are still waiting for your withdrawals get in touch with this site trust me very good at their job. Because this Mrpunter site is awful and disgraceful

This site is a scam. Not approved by Canada gaming commission. I made a deposit and only kept losing. No wins on any game. I decided to withdraw the rest of my money and they held it for a week. E-transfer took them that long and on the site it says if you used Credit card it would take longer. That is not a quick withdrawal as stated in their site.
