Melissa,
Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. Our Client Services Department attempted to reach you to address your concerns by phone today, 8/10/18, and left a voicemail. We understand how your fondness towards our company and program can be impacted at this time by a decrease in credit score. Our primary goal is to increase our clients credit scores, by removing the inaccurately reporting derogatory information from our client’s files. When we see a decrease in our client’s credit score we always pinpoint the cause, to be able to overcome the hurdle. As you stated, the new collection items that have appeared on your file brought down your credit score, that is because 65% percent of your credit score is based in payment history and the amount of debt that you carry, and new collections impact that percentage greatly. Additionally, you mentioned that medical debt is a big part of the information we are auditing on your behalf, it is not out of the ordinary for new medical collections to appear without your, or our knowledge, until it is already on your credit report. In these cases, we audit these items with the same level of aggression as the items you started with, to provide you the best point increase recovery possible during our program.
With continued audits we look forward to removing even more of the inaccurately reporting negative information and debt on both you and your husband’s files. So far, we have removed over 2k in inaccurately reporting collection debt from your file, and over 1.5k from your husbands.
Please reach out to our Client Services department at your earliest convenience to further address your concerns. 214-888-4990
Thank you,
