Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

I love the Muddy Mat! I have 3 and I am planning to buy 2 more. My dogs even want to sleep on them.

I purchased the Muddy Mat bed for my son and his fiancee who have a miniature long haired dachshund. I wanted a dog bed that would be comfortable and also offer protection for a dog with a long spine. The bonus of course is you can unzip and wash the cover. Their dog just loves it and they do to. So both humans and dog are very happy.

Ihad ordered from Muddy Mats previously and placed another order. Tiime passed and I forgot about the order until I received an e-mail asking if I was pleased with the product. Then I communicated that I had never received them. Customer Service immediately contacted me and began searching for my missing mats. Long story short, they ended up sending my order again. Though it took time, they never dropped the ball until I was satisfied. I will definitely order again and recommend Muddy Mats to friends.

The product was absolutely amazing, I have 5 cats that like to go in and out during the weather. They track small foot prints. None it helps a lot and don't see the them on the floor.

I purchased 1 mat and have now ordered another. I didnt know if it would hold up to the reviews, but it definately has. I have no more dirty footprints on my wood floor from family, our cat and dogs. They wash up very well, I highly recommend them.

Some of the wording on the site is very hard to see, leading me to think prices were going to be lower. The AI customer support tried to get me to pay even more for something i didn't receive, but was on my receipt. However when i finally got in contact with human customer support we were able to work things out. I am pleased with my mat, and it has indeed helped me not track things into the house. However, the mat stays wet after a hard rain quite long, so i got a second for inside that dries off. I am happy with them even tho the website can be a little misleading about prices and hard for people with vision problems to see the real context. Good mats, bad website.

Our order (small muddy mat k9 cloud bed) came earlier than estimated, and was safely packaged. Salty absolutely melts when he gets into his bed. After a brief hesitation ('what is this strange green thing?') he snuggled in for the deepest sleep I've seen. Highly recommend!

I just got the Muddy Mats I ordered. They arrived on time as stated and they are wonderful. After using them for 2 days I immediately ordered a few more for family & friends who have pets. They actually work as advertised! I couldnt believe what a big difference on the amount of sand and also wet paws from my 2 small doggies feet just walking across it into the house made. i havent washed them yet, just shook them out so far.
