Great customer service bar none! Both my pups loved the new bed. Initially ordered one just to see if they’d like it before I got a second. Had to immediately order another - huge hit.

I had ordered a large mat for the patio door and it is working out exceptionally well. I ordered the drying shammy and waited for over 21 days and it had not left the transfer port. Called customer service and they got a second shammy out immediately and I received it within a couple of days. Was very happy with the response of customer service. Both mat and shammy are quality products and would recommend.

Muddy mats do as they claim. My husband and I are avid gardeners and always tracking in running into the house. You walk over them and they pick up dirt and mud. They aren't just for pet owners folks. I bought them for my home and loved them so much I bought them for my lake place. Great when the grandkids run in with wet Sandy flip flops. Multi excellent. I also live in snow and ice in the winter and that was when I bought them perfect for catching it.

I love our Muddy mats!! I've bought 6! We have a lot of sand around our home and with the dogs going in and out all day long these mats have changed every day life for the better. I was used to sweeping and mopping daily. Not anymore. I am very happy with my purchases and would recomend these to anyone.

These mats are the greatest. They do what they say. I have 7 from runners to door mats to behind the kitchen sink. I have recommended these to all my friends. My time cleaning the floors has dropped an amazing amount of time. Love them and everyone especially pet owners and camper owners like us have to get one or two.

Had heard of the Muddy Mats but was skeptical. Since teaching my dog to wipe her feet was unsuccessful, I decided to give them a try & in fun colors to brighten things up. Dog & cat both like laying on them & they are doing a great job minimizing the mess. Good investment for me.

The rugs are great, my only issue is the delivery is slow, I'm still waiting on the dog beds, got my big rug that I ordered after the beds, trying to track an order is very confusing, other than that the product is great.
