I purchased 3 rugs. 1 did not work in the location I bought it for. I tried to return it, but they were pretty adament about selling me another rug. we went back and forth for quite a while. it was an online chat and they took forever to respond. Eventually, they gave me a credit for the rug and told me to keep it.

Thank you for sharing your experience, we’re glad the rugs worked well and appreciate the credit arrangement provided.

Just put all 5 mats in our travel for 3 nights, so very comfortable under foot. When I took the one up from in front of the recliners, the back felt cold and damp but I put a paper towel on on the backing and did not get any moisture so I was wondering if this was normal.

I purchased my Muddy Mat rugs for first time! Absolutely love !! My only issue is , my dogs ‘think ‘ they are theirs ! 😂 I have one @ front door, hallway and living room, for comfort , catch daily dirt from having bare floors . My fur babies are always plopping their butts on them - relaxing! Lol!! Love how easy to shake , rattle and roll back down . Can’t wait to buy MORE! You just can’t go wrong with these! Love the many colors & sizes Taking me a couple camping for entry of the tent & inside :)
