They used the worst shipping company ever. It took forever to get my order complete. I had warehouse delays in December but once it shipped by Amazon it arrived in days. The next order was worse, the shipped via ontrac even though we paid for another company shipping. (Which they later refunded) But one package got lost, misrouted and which I had to contact Ontrac to give the contract driver step by step directions to deliver to me. The second package came up missing for a week at Ontrac. It took me reaching out again to get the package marked lost. Then several more days to get muddy mat to replace the order. Then when the unmarked car was seen in my driveway and the driver got out, looked in his trunk but never left the package. He left and came back hours later with it. One driver threw the package at my glass door. Muddy mats needs to stopped cutting corners with delivery of their over priced mats (that left a white mark from the tag on my red floor. ) and contract with a reliable delivery service.
