Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

Product is exactly as advertised. I’m completely happy and my dogs love their Muddy Mat bed. Get one for your best friend. You won’t be disappointed.

I have these everywhere. Even have 4 black ones in car. Quick shake and looks as good as new. They wash and dry very quickly. I have one under cats litter tray. It catches all the litter that would have been scattered over floor. Quick shake outside. Wash easily if becomes soiled.

I have 4 very large messy dogs and another human. These mats are the best, they make my life easier. I have them at every door, the kitchen and in front of my other humans recliner. Thanks for doing what you do.😇

Love the rugs and bath mat. The rugs trap mud and dirt easy to throw in washing machine. Love color of bath mats, keeps bathroom floor dry. Dog beds, dogs absolutely love them. One of the older beds retains odor, even after washing and using odor spray.

Ordering online began smoothly, I ordered 2 mats to get 1 free for $42 incl tax. All good. Then the offers start popping up, “your order is not complete“ so you have the hassle of saying no to all the upsales they’re offering. One of the offers was for corners to keep the mats down on the ground, which I’d thought weren’t necessary with these mats, but figured I’d better get them so we wouldn’t be slipping and sliding all over the place. Initially the offer for corner sets was crazy high and I declined. But then they offered the sets for $.99 each for a set of four. I said OK to that deal mentally adding $3 to my $42 invoice. Then a few more offers that I declined - thoroughly annoyed by now - until a FREE GIFT was offered, a glove for washing your pet, which I accepted. The FREE GIFT turned out to be NOT FREE which wasn’t apparent until the final invoice showed free gift was $10, corners were $.99 EACH times 12 plus tax with no opportunity to decline this before finalizing. So the $42 invoice became $72, confirmed, done, no chance to remove or change anything. This to me is sneaky, underhanded theft. Certainly a scam of which they should be ashamed. I have no idea how the product is but seeing as how you need corners to keep the mat down (not obvious in ads) they’re probably pretty flimsy and you don’t want them on your hardwood or tile floors anyhow! I gave them a second star only because the customer service rep I managed to contact by phone was finally convinced to give me a full refund, canceling the order before shipping. So beware of greatly inflated add-on prices and mats that won’t stay down without extra accessories. Better still, get comparable mats at Costco or some other retailer where you’ll know exactly what you’re paying for exactly what product. My recommendation, stay away from Muddy Mat.

I'm rating this a 2 because of delivery. I have ordered from this company twice and both times I have had delivery isssues They're very quick to charge your credit card though. I placed my 2nd order on 2/19/2026. Today is 3/6/2026. Still no mats. According to tracking they were shipped using Amazon. The tracking update says they are sorry but my items are running late and that I should contact Muddymat with concerns. I will be initiating a charge back through my card issuer. I will not be ordering from this company a 3rd time.

This is a great item especially for older dogs that may be arthritic I bought the medium size for my rat terrier and 18 lb shih Tzu They love them got right in them and stayed in them for a few hours before I could get them out. I have the rugs and they work wonderfully for catching dirt and wet feet . They wash well. I'm a happy camper. No Linda Cipriano Toms River NJ.

I have a cat, but my husband works at a feedlot, imagine what he could track in. We also use these rugs in our camper, by the river, where my son and grandson spend most of their Summer, I like that they catch sand and other nasty stuff that I don't want on my floors, plus they are slip resistant. They are the only rug I own.
