I have four muddy mats and love them at my doors and in the bathroom. We are having a rough winter and I want to order a couple of larger ones. They wash beautifully also.

I received a Muddy Mat pet bed but it was a little small. I emailed to ask if I could exchange it for a larger size. Customer service advised that I could exchange it and said they would send me a return label. I've been waiting three weeks for the label. I have followed up several times and the say they'll send it. Still no label.

I picked a dark red for our kitchen door, which is our dog's entry from the garden. So far, so good. The mat catches snow really well. I suspect the color will hide mud well in the spring. So far, so good.

Thank you, Nora, for sharing your experience. We’re pleased to know the mat is working well at your garden door and that the color choice is serving its purpose.

Product is great. Doesn't completely clean my pups paws, but better than regular mats. I was really disappointed with the communication of this company. It took over a month to get my little mat andI recieved no updates on what was going on or anything. I would be hesitant to buy directly from them, again.

I was skeptical. The minute I purchased the bed I cancelled but it did not cancel. The bed shipped pretty fast and in meantime I bought a new bed for my dog. I contacted Muddy Mat and had already received. They did ask me to try it and if not satisfied I could return. I waited about three days then thought what the heck. I opened the box, oh my, how cushy was this and then laid it in the floor. Swear my heeler immediately laid right on it and wouldn’t move, she was in heaven I think! She loves it and her best friend the cat as well. I truly recommend this bed. Happy Dog & cat, Happy Owner .

If I could I would give a 0! Their customer service is nonexistent. Everything is through email. Everything is a generic generated email asking you to keep an item at a lesser price. I eventually got to return authorizations for each order, took it to FedEx and I’m still waiting for two months to get my credit! I highly recommend make sure it’s exactly what you want because it may take forever for a return and credit to your account.
