Your rugs are terrific. The shipping takes too long and when you run out of a color you never advised the customer until they call to find out why. You should notify the customer the entire process

I accidentally placed the same order twice. Rep helped me cancel the 2nd one and get me a refund. The rugs are great. This is the second time I ordered them in different sizes.

The mats are great but it wasn't so great that I had to argue with you to get my freebie that was offered when I placed the order for the first two mats. But you did finally send the free one and I love them

I love all of our Muddy Mats products, dog beds and Mats. Our dogs sleep really well on their cloud beds. The Mats cut down on the grit the dogs track in from outside considerably. It's amazing how well they work! With 2 large dogs, a lot of dirt comes in, but most of it stays on the Muddy Mat.

The ordering process is sketchy....you do not receive a review of the order before checking out and items were added I did not approve of. If you take their survey to receive a free gift...... it will cost you $9.99....a supposed handling fee...so beware!! Who charges a $9.99 handling fee for a free gift that isn't even worth that much?
