Well overall, I'm satisfied with the end result of receiving two muddy mats that I was really wanting to try. I like the feel of them as I walk across them and they seem to be doing what they are advertise to do.

Ordered 3 mats, paid £56.79 supposedly being delivered by Evri. Received email saying order on its way and a tracking number. When I have been tracking the order it went from failed deliver attempt on 18th Nov to now suddenly delivered on the 18th! But no photo evidence surprise surprise! Needless to say no mats have been delivered and Evri complaints utterly useless. Absolutely no response from Muddy mats to my concerned email, it’s been over 10 days and obs do not have my order. I would avoid if you live in the UK.

I received a Muddy Mat dog bed, and my dog loved it! I put it in her x-pen that night to sleep on, and noticed just before I went to bed that she had chewed a hole in it. I jokingly made a comment on a Facebook advertisement about my naughty dog, not complaining or expecting anything. The following day I got a message from Muddy Mat offering a replacement even though it wasn't defective or poor workmanship. I have a couple of Muddy Mats (not beds) and really like them, but the customer service I experienced far surpasses my expectations.

Be careful. They’ll only tell you the expensive delivery costs at the end and take your money regardless. I tried to cancel my order, sent 3 emails within an hour of them taking my money which I didn’t agree to with the shipping costs, all were ignored and my order was shipped regardless. Really poor customer service and feels sneaky.

I bought a rug to put in front of my kitchen door a few weeks ago. It made such a difference in what was coming in from outdoors. My dog loved it, laying there anytime he could. When I saw they also dog beds I purchased one for my dog. When it arrived, I put it on the floor. This dog usually lays on the couch. He went right to it and laid down. He loves it! His Great Dane sister also finds it very comfortable. As soon as he gets up she lays down. Great products!

Baby & I L❤️VE The red bed. It fits her perfectly with her black fur on the red bed. It’s beautiful. I didn’t have to coax her to get in. She just jumped in it like she knew it was hers. It’s finally come. Your company did a good job and I was so pleased to get it so quickly. Audrey R Mc Culloch

I have purchased many Muddy Mats for my home. I have two at doorways, two in two bathrooms, one for our small RV, and bought several for our grown kids who have dogs. They aren’t just got dogs!! They are great for shower and bath mats, and keep floors cleaner from anyone (dogs, kids, adults) entering your home! I love them!! You can never have enough. And, they launder so easily!! Great gifts, too!
