I would recommend Muddy Mat to anyone who wants to order these from this store. Not only are the rugs wonderfully made, but the customer service is outstanding. Not only did they solve the mix up, but responded to my concerns promptly.

I love this mat. It's exactly the right size. The best part is that it's rubber backed and does not slip and slide. I only have a cat and already have a pet mat by the back sliding door. I put this new mat by the front door and it's perfect right there for people coming into my house.

Thanks, Wallis! We're so glad the mat is a perfect fit and staying put—sounds like it's doing its job well at the front door. Appreciate your kind words!

Arrived in decent time. I leave it at my front door. Seems to absorb the dust and dirt. I haven’t washed it yet so not sure what will happen. Rug is soft and absorbent.

I love my muddy mats, I use them at my doorways, but also the shower and bathtub. They're easy to wash. They dry quickly, which is really important to me.

First off i'd like to say, I DO NOT like to buy rugs, I will buy the cheapest most convenient thing. I have never put much thought into it. But after 3 kids, 2 dogs, a cat plus my partner and I...I saw this ad and immediately decided to try. The fact that you can wash them means a lot to me and they seem to catch everything as I walk in the door. I love how soft and plush these are. I now have 2 medium and 2 small with 1 medium rug on the way.... I made a mistake during the buy 2 get 1 deal but customer service cleared it right up and even though it was my mistake, they made it right. QUICK! %10000000 will be ordering again VERY SOON. I need that large rug in my life. Also, the colors are pretty great in my opinion. Im loving the quality and the price is right on point. Ive honestly paid more, to be less impressed. Love Muddy Mat!! -Kaitlyn H.
