Order arrived on time. Product as listed. I use at my Patio Door and they are awesome. I have 2 dogs that love to go in and out, in and out .... they wash beautifully and I love them! I ordered two large and one small one, The small one is loved by my Bichon who thinks it is a great dog bed! I would highly recommend them!

Had my rugs for one year and the backing is coming off in my washer. Called customer service and was told they could not do anything because it was past the 60 day return policy. Would not recommend this product to anyone.

After seeing Muddy mat in use at my granddog's (and daughter's) house, I was amazed at what a great job it did! I have cats that aren't very muddy... I purchased my Muddy Mat to use as a bath mat outside my shower! It is amazing at grabbing every drop of water. No more wet spots on the floor under my old rug.

Muddy mat is a scam.. They have all of these charges that are not mentioned until after you provide your credit card bill. Lots of pop up screens, selected No Thanks for each one, except the last screen for a FREE Rubber Scrubber glove. Wasn't free at all, they charge you $9.99 after you add your credit card info. Disputing transaction with bank and emailed Muddy Mat to cancel order. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS !!!!!

The Original Muddy Mat customer service team is fantastic. This is my third order with The Original Muddy Mat and each time the product has been delivered with care, was packaged well and exceeded my expectations. I started with a set to go in front of my sliding door and fell in love with them...so did my two dogs and cat. I bought a second set for my main bathroom and now a set for my guest bathroom. Easy to clean and they look great wash-after-wash. BEST OPTION for keeping the muddy paw prints at bay and I love them in the bathroom too!

The rug came quickly, it is high quality, attractive and does what they say. It has kept the dogs from dragging in all kinds of stuff.

Our dog loves these mats and we have a runner by the door plus 2 others in the house. He loves to lay on them..seems like they are soothing to him.
